Am I just going to get a template layout and look the same as everybody else?
Absolutely not! Our method is to always to present your look and feel. We can do everything from basic layouts to advanced design elements such as animation or video, with as little or as much customization as you require.

Definitely! We have very creative people that are familiar with the restaurant industry. Designs can be based on your existing print or in-store materials, or custom just for your web site.
Do I need any technology at my restaurant to add online ordering?
For the most efficient methods of order transmission you will need a reliable internet connection at each location. If you don't choose POS integration, you may also need a computer and/or printer that are connected to the internet. Fax does not require additional technology, but has an increased cost.
How do I get my orders?
You have multiple options depending on your requirements, and they can range from fully automatic to manual retrieval through a secure web order screen. The most popular option is to integrate with your POS, but other options are available. We can transmit orders in the method you require for efficient, accurate processing.
All customer and payment information is encrypted and transferred securely to your receiving system, and we generally don't process credit cards or in any way touch the money. Your staff process is the same as taking a phone order, making it easy and safe.
Can you integrate with my POS?
Yes! The MetroORDER system is POS-agnostic, and we can easily format the order to match your POS requirements. We are already integrating with a number of POS systems, and if you put us in touch with your POS company we'll begin that development effort - at no cost to you.
Will customers be able to order from their mobile phone or PDA?
Yes! We are currently adding this interface. If you'd like to be one of our test restaurants, please let us know.
Will my staff need training?
Very minimal. MetroORDER is designed to act just like another terminal or order station within your existing processes, so your staff will work consistently no matter where the order originates. Additionally, our transmission methods allow us to custom format the order to your specific requirements, so your kitchen sees exactly what they need to see in accordance with your business requirements.
What does the MetroORDER system cost?
Between 10¢ and 30¢ per order with monthly caps, depending on volume. No percentage fee structure, only fixed rates for any order size. Includes all functionality. For more information, see our pricing details.
