For the most efficient methods of order transmission you will need a reliable internet connection at each location. If you don't choose POS integration, you may also need a computer and/or printer that are connected to the internet. Fax does not require additional technology, but has an increased cost.

You have multiple options depending on your requirements, and they can range from fully automatic to manual retrieval through a secure web order screen. The most kitchen-friendly option is to integrate with your POS, but other options are available. We can transmit orders in the method you require for efficient, accurate processing.

All customer and payment information is encrypted and transferred securely to your receiving system, and we generally don't process credit cards or in any way touch the money. Your staff process is the same as taking a phone order, making it easy and safe.
