The MetroORDER system can transmit customer orders to your individual locations in whatever manner is appropriate for your operation and labor management.
Direct-to-POS
If your POS system is capable of receiving external orders, the order information will be sent automatically into your POS as if your website was just another terminal on your network. We are currently integrating with Radiant (Aloha), RPower, Ordyx, and pursuing many others - add yours!
Direct-to-Printer
If you prefer more control but still retain a degree of labor savings, orders will be sent to an enabled printer for immediate and automatic printing.
Fax
When there's a limited need for advanced integration, fax can still be a great solution. The printout can be formatted to match your exact specifications so it's as easy as possible on your staff. We also use fax as a failover method for the advanced integration options.
Secure Web Order Screen
A secure web page provides access to all the order information from any computer with internet access. This option also serves as a backup for other transmission methods, and provides access to history, ordering statistics, and other reports.
Notification via E-mail/SMS
While e-mail and SMS are not reliable or secure enough to be the primary method of transmission, they are great for additional or backup notifications. Order notifications can be sent to a list of e-mail and SMS addresses.
Regardless of your preferred transmission method, MetroORDER ensures prompt and reliable delivery. In the event of any system failure, MetroORDER can alert your staff via e-mail or text message, and notify the customer appropriately.
