4) MULTIPLE TRANSMISSION OPTIONS

The MetroORDER system can transmit customer orders to your individual locations in whatever manner is appropriate for your operation and labor management.

Direct-to-POS

If your POS system is capable of receiving external orders, the order information will be sent automatically into your POS as if your web site was just another terminal on your network. We are currently integrating with Radiant (Aloha), RPower, and Revention - add yours!

Direct-to-Printer

If you prefer more control but still retain a degree of labor savings, orders will be sent to an enabled printer for immediate and automatic printing.

Secure Web Order Screen

A secure web page provides access to all the order information from any computer with internet access. This option also serves as a backup for other transmission methods.

Regardless of your preferred transmission method, MetroORDER ensures prompt and reliable delivery. In the event of any system failure, MetroORDER can alert your staff via pager or text message, and notify the customer appropriately.
